If you are a foreigner who considers moving to Wrocław (which in 90% of cases means: you fell in love with a Polish girl/guy), probably the question you ask yourself is: where could I find a job?
Here you will find a few tips from me, based on overview that I gained mainly during Tower of Babel meetings, which means I know quite many foreigners working in these companies.
1. HP
HP has a few offices in Wrocław (In my humble opinion, it's not possible to live in Wrocław not knowing anyone working there). A lot of jobs require knowledge of foreign languages.
2. Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN)
If you are a software engineer a lot of job openings are available at NSN.
3. Google
Wrocław office is concerned with AdWords (i.d. online advertising), and teams that sit here support different markets, so native speakers of German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian and many other languages are constantly wanted.
4. Credit Suisse
Credit Suisse has its main Polish office in Wrocław. So again a lot of job openings for people speaking foreign languages.
5. Wrocławski Park Technologiczny
Many companies (especially IT-ones) are situated in Wrocław Technology Park. So it's worth checking as well.
6. Language schools
I met quite a few foreigners working in Wrocław language schools.
7. Job search at popular portals
